Excellent Customer Service, Excellent Repair

I am a co-owner of a high end pre-owned car lot. I brought my vehicle to Vogely and Todd collision center by word of mouth. I was very pleased in the level of customer service I received and the quality of repair to the rt. door of my 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spider. Dear Vogely and Todd management team and all other employees, especially the technicians who preformed such a perfect and difficult repair on my 2010 VW Jetta. As you well know, the German cars have some of the best engineering available in today's times. How ever, all of this engineering has little value if the auto is involved in a collision that may require major repairs and the technicians repairing the auto can't meet the
factories requirements.

As I have recently found out from my own experiences, Vogley and Todd and its staff can hold their heads high for they have matched the engineering feats of the German auto makers in their accomplishments. My VW looks and runs a good as the day I drove it off the new car lot.

My hat goes off to Vogley and Todd.

Excellent Repair Work, Staff, Customer Service

Recently I crashed my car into a concrete pole. Not a good thing--my car looked so horrible. My insurance company Safeco recommended that I have my repair work at V & T, because they are on their preferred list.

My father and a friend had work previously done on their vehicles and were very pleased. So without hesitation, it was taken there. In 3 weeks and 2 days, I received my car back and I could not believe how beautiful it looked!

More so, the entire staff I worked with from the front office, to the body shop personnel were very competent, provided superior customer service, and not only took very good care of my car, but me too. I worked with Tommy and Ben, Melanie and Brandi. I just cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. They went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to work with such good people. They value their customers, their work, their reputation. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work, paint, etc...

A job WELL done.

After having an accident in my 2005 BMW I had it repaired at Vogely and Todd Collision Center.They made a bad situation easier to deal with. I couldn't have asked for better service. The staff was friendly,helpful and respectful. They communicated with me very well. If I had to leave a message I always got a call back. The repairs to my car were done beyond my expectations. It looks and drives as well as it did when it was new.

Meticulous detail!

This is the most professional, well run body shop I've ever visited. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their body work is top notch! These guys have an attention to detail rarely seen these days. Highly Recommended!

I was able to walk in the garage and see the great work the mechanics do, as well as listen to the office staff deal with other customers. Everything was done in as professional and friendly a manner as I've ever had the occasion to eavesdrop on. If your car is injured, this is the place to take it.
